The Homes
Key Homes LLC offers 5 different ranch style floor plans in The Bungalows! The homes range from 1,025 to 1,280 sq ft. We offer 2 and 3-bedroom options to choose from. Each home has its own individual yard and patio. Phase 1 sold very quickly, and we now have Phase 2 and Phase 3 underway.
Phase 2 consists of lots 28-35. Construction is estimated to be completed in July of 2024.
Phase 3 consists of lots 21-27. Construction is estimated to be completed in August or September of 2024.
Lots 10-20 will be a future phase, and we do not yet have the pricing or timeline for these.

In The Bungalows, Key Homes LLC predetermines exterior selections, cabinetry, interior doors and door hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, appliances and wire shelving placements in closets.
As a home buyer, if you catch one of the homes early in construction, you may be able to select the interior paint, LVP and carpet, granite countertops and cabinet hardware from Key Homes LLC predetermined options.
The Location
The Bungalows is located off of Clifford Lane, which is just off of Kentucky Avenue which runs parallel to 146. It is near the Old Anita Springs neighborhood.
Note: The neighborhood will be built out in phases, and Key Homes will determine which plan goes on which lot.
The HOA
The Bungalows is a smaller lot community. It is fee simple, meaning as a homeowner you will own the house and the lot the house sits on. The HOA is set up where each homeowner pays a current monthly fee of $160, and then the HOA cares for lawn care and landscaping for yards and common areas plus snow removal of the roads and trash. There is also a one time initiation fee at closing of $400. Neighborhood restrictions are available upon request.
